Full-Service Audio Production

Hello, thanks for checking out my site. My name is Josh Bitney. I specialize in radio commercials, dialogue editing and cleanup, sound design, audio imaging, and podcast editing. With years of experience across diverse audio projects, I’m passionate about audio production and would be excited to help with your project.

I was born in Minneapolis, where I’ve spent more than 30 years working in radio and audio production. Over that time, I’ve written, voiced, and produced hundreds of radio commercials, from single-narrator spots to fully produced pieces packed with sound effects and music beds. I also edit podcasts, helping creators deliver clean, engaging, and professional-sounding episodes that keep their audiences coming back.

My work has connected me with some of the biggest brands in the world, including Apple, Bank of America, Best Buy, Guitar Center, McDonald’s, Whole Foods, Xfinity, and more. I’ve also voiced phone systems for major businesses and contributed to projects as unique as the Grand Theft Auto video game series.

I run a fully treated studio built with GIK Acoustics panels and equipped with pro gear like the Sennheiser MKH 416 and Shure SM7B, along with high-end interfaces from Universal Audio and Focusrite. On the software side, I work daily in Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, Logic, and Reaper, with advanced expertise in iZotope RX (I’m RX certified). My plug-in library is extensive (and perhaps excessive), including UAD, FabFilter, SoundToys, Waves, Valhalla, Antares, and more.

Above all, audio production is my passion. I’m always learning, experimenting, and looking to connect with others who share the same love for sound. Whether you need broadcast-ready commercials, podcast production, or voiceover services, I bring decades of experience and dedication to every project.

Every example here was written and produced by me, with the exception of Whole Foods, which I did not write.
